Prices and tax
Prices are in US dollars. What a decorated item costs depends on the garment, the decoration, where it is placed and how many you order, so the customizer prices your configuration before you add it to the cart.
Sales tax is calculated at checkout for the address you are shipping to, and is shown before you pay.
When an order becomes an order
Adding something to your cart, or starting checkout, is not an order. Your order exists once your payment succeeds. We email you a confirmation with an order number at that point, and that email is the record of what we agreed to make.
What you are responsible for
- The text you enter: spelling, names, dates and capitalization. We stitch it as typed.
- Artwork you upload: that you own it, or have permission to use it, and that it is not someone else's trademark or copyright.
- The delivery address you enter.
We may refuse or cancel an order for artwork we are not willing to stitch, and refund it in full.
Changing an order
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After that we have bought the materials for your order, so it can no longer be cancelled.
If your delivery address is wrong, email us straight away. We can change it up until a shipping label is bought for your parcel, and not after.
Faults and refunds
What we replace or refund, and what counts as a fault, is set out in the returns policy. Delivery, duties and carrier problems are covered by the shipping policy.
Governing law
These terms, and any sale made under them, are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
