Where we ship

We ship anywhere a carrier will take a parcel from Corsicana, Texas. Rates for your address are quoted at checkout, before you pay.

What shipping costs

There is no flat shipping fee. At checkout we ask the carriers for live rates to the address you entered and show you what each service costs and when it would arrive. You choose one, and that is what you are charged.

How long your order takes to make

Production time is counted in business days and does not include time with the carrier. It depends on how many pieces are in the order:

• 1–50 pieces: 3–5 business days.
• 51–200 pieces: 5–10 business days.
• 201 or more pieces: we email you a projected production time once your order is placed.
• Designs larger than 50 square inches add 5 business days.
• If you upload your own artwork, production time starts when you approve the stitch-out proof, not when you order.

The arrival dates shown against each shipping option at checkout add that carrier's own transit estimate to this.

Outside the United States

Duties, import taxes and customs charges are set by the destination country. They are not included in what you pay us, and the carrier or the destination's customs authority collects them from you.

A parcel held at customs is outside both our control and the carrier's delivery estimate.

If a parcel is late, lost or damaged

A carrier's delivery date is that carrier's estimate, not a guarantee from us. If tracking stops moving, or a parcel arrives damaged, email hello@thethreadedsignature.com with your order number and we will take it up with the carrier.

An item that arrives damaged is covered by our returns policy.
